Early Life and Education

Toh was born in Singapore and graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in business, management, marketing, and related support services. He furthered his studies at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), obtaining a bachelor of arts in Communication and Media Studies with distinction from RMIT University. He later pursued a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications at NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information. Toh also obtained a Certificate in Acting from Lassalle College of the Arts. ^{[citation required]} He is currently enrolled as PHD candidate with College De Paris taking his Doctorate of Business administration.
